Hillside Villa

Great property for large family 10+ with nice open space in kitchen and family room plus downstairs rec room. Outdoor patio and fire pit also nice gathering area. Good location only 15 minutes from downtown Asheville, and the Arboretum. Only suggestion for upgrade would be more lighting in a few of the bathrooms. We really enjoyed it!

The configuration of the house is ideal for a group getaway and the pictures don't do it justice. The many home features made it an ideal retreat. Highly recommend.

The property was fantastic all-around, and our family had a wonderful time. Check-in was easy, and check-out was even easier. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We were very impressed with this house. It had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. With the two kitchens we were able to make a huge Thanksgiving feast. Plenty of room for a large family and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was a very nice feature. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Situated the perfect distance from downtown but far enough away from the crowds. Highly recommend this place for your next stay in Asheville.
